    Vendor signup returns a catalog_token.

  2. Catalog

    Load products (CSV when your token allows). Coffee is the demo seed, not the only vertical.

  3. Sell

    Buyers SSH to the shop (ssh demo@till.sale -p 2222; <vendor>.till.sale as tenants wire).

  4. Checkout

    Humans and agents both buy on the same rails. Checkout and Connect run in test today, not production paid charges.
